As the customer, you are responsible for the hardware and equipment we provide to you with your contract and service. This may be as a Mobile Broadband Router 4G (Lite) or 5G (Premium), Mobile Phone, Portable Mifi Device. These items as listed remain the property of Silux Control UK Ltd T/A Silux Mobile, as shown within our Terms and Conditions
If a Silux Mobile component – for example the mobile broadband router – is found to be faulty, we will sort this out for you free of charge including no call-out charge, if no damage has occurred as listed on 4.1 to 4.5 below.
But for all other cases of damage, including damage to the cables, the router, the power supply adaptor and any other components, there is a cost for the repair as shown on the table below. It is based on the current tariffs for labour and materials used.

If, for example the Silux Mobile Broadband Router is Replaced, and upon inspection of the faulty unit when it is returned to the Silux Mobile Offices, it is found to be one of the following in the list below (4.1 ~ 4.5), then a once off charge will be invoiced to you, based on the table below in 4.6.
