How do I top up my Pay&Go SIM?

To top up, log in to your account and go to your dashboard, then select the Top Up menu. Choose the SIM card you want to top up, then choose the amount you want to top up with and complete the payment. Your active Pay&Go SIMs appear in the Top Up menu automatically once your order has been shipped.

How do I make an account payment?

Account payments only apply to contract plans — you cannot make an account payment on a Pay&Go SIM (Pay&Go SIMs are credited through the Top Up menu instead). To pay towards a contract, log in and go to Account Payments on your dashboard, select the contract you want to make a payment towards, and make your payment there.

Can I get a mobile number for a Data SIM?

No. Data SIMs do not have a usable mobile number — you cannot receive an SMS or make a phone call on a Data SIM, so a mobile number cannot be used on it at all. Data SIMs are for data only.

What is an ICCID number?

The ICCID is your SIM's unique number — the long string of digits printed across the multiple rows on your SIM card. When contacting us, you can normally just give the team the last 5 or 6 digits from the bottom two rows and they will be able to find your SIM.
