Brilliant service only use 3 month sim contract because my fibre line not connect on my landline for 2 month as it was openreach department now all sort happy with silux mobile for me 3 month contract sim I give them 5 ⭐️ see other peoples comment about not faster network it not silux mobile fault it network signal area problem will use them again no problem
After almost a year using Lebara SIM + cellphone hotspot as my home broadband, I decided to use Silux Premium Broadband with THREE network. It made a tremendous change for my home broadband experience! Fast and stable enough for us (music and movie streaming, WFH vidoe-call meetings, no online gaming). 1 star is deducted because Wifi signal from the router is not strong enough to cover all the corners of my small apartment.
We ordered from silux after seeing an advert on social media. Website is a little amateur to be fair and took a while to navigate but ordered a router and unlimited data sim. Heard nothing for a couple of days then got email confirmation, 2 days later and router arrived. We are youtubers and to be honest weren't expecting much at the price point. However pleasantly surprised! In the wilds of Cornwall 1 bar on my phone o2 but still 7mbps down and 2.5mbps upload speed. Would definitely recommend on our experience so far !
Excellent company, had the 4G SIM and router deal for afew months now works perfectly no faults. Any interaction with customer support has been clear and helpful.
